  3. Thanks, Wild Magnolia and Courtney! I just had a doctored up sweet potato for dinner (Earth Balance, vegan sour cream, nootch, halved grape tomatoes, and smoked almonds); they're too good to only enjoy in the fall. So, WM, I hope you enjoy for your summer brunch!
